  After many months of being a customer, had the worst experience ever here today. They have hired Sharmila who used a damaged tool that cut skin. On being told twice to stop using it, she complained that this was the third tool she bought this week, and said she would change it later. When I insisted that she stop using it immediately, she got nasty and started abusing me!
  The manager Maura just said I apologize for her, but there is nothing I can do.
  She said that there is no one else to complain to, and no corporate number that she can give me.
  DO NOT GO HER IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND ARE NOT OK WITH BEING ABUSED BY THE WORKERS!!!!

  I frequent a barber and use sports clips for free cleanups. I have had 2 bad experiences for clean ups. Both times (by 2 different stylists [if you can call them that]) they didn't follow directions.
