  The techs are competent, but I have sat in the waiting room several times without anyone checking the sign-in sheet to see that I had come in. This has made me late several times. They weren't even that busy. They need a better system. Also, the paperwork is so redundant it makes them seem very inefficient. It has gotten so annoying, I am looking for another radiology practice.
