    Ron is an awesome guy. I called in for a client of ours at BMW of Springfield and I wanted to go above and beyond for her like I try doing for all customers I encounter. Anna was having issues with her stalled vehicle and nobody had any guys driving in a decent time frame that could assist her... Brady Farms came to the rescue and saved the day! They answered politely and Ron was an A+ guy. He even offered to go on the ride and pick up the customers vehicle so that the job was done up to par. And I can honestly say, as a middle person in this particular scenario, I was extremely pleased with the customer service I was given by Ron. So pleased that I could relay that same customer service , and trust to my client here at BMW of Springfield. I am glad that I was able to make a customers day easier and glad that Ron made my day a little easier as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
