    I'm a realtor. Bill Hoke was referred to me by another realtor who said Bill Hoke and Deerpath Construction were terrific.She was right. My buyers interviewed three builders. Deerpath came in with the best price and overall proposal. Did a great job! Clients were very happy with the results and if they're happy, I'm happy.

    Deerpath Custom Builders were a delight to work with – quick to respond, honest and proactive throughout the entire process. Our custom home was very complex and required numerous variances and approvals. Bill Hoke worked closely with us through the whole process and provided insightful and experienced ideas and advice to us. We are very impressed with his professionalism and tenacity and would not hesitate to work with him again. The home he built for us is a masterpiece! Better than we originally envisioned. We’ve received numerous compliments on our house with its modern, up to date functionality and efficiency. I would highly recommend Deerpath to any buyer at any stage of building experience. They truly exceeded my expectations on almost every level.
