  I found this studio through a Groupon deal for private pilates reformer sessions. This was my first time trying Pilates. I'm a gym rat (free weights, cardio) but felt I needed to supplement my workouts and address flexibility and posture issues.
  
  I'm totally hooked and have seen and felt a big difference since working with Kathy, both of whom are very patient and knowledgeable. If new to Pilates, I strongly suggest a few private sessions with Kathy before jumping into a group reformer or mat class, so that you can maximize your efforts and learn proper form.
  
  Kathy really cares about your progress and is an amazing teacher. She's also fun to work with! I'm still working with her two months later...
